Crafted by Japanese artisans, ROKU is a multi-layered, perfectly balanced gin combining both traditional and six uniquely Japanese botanicals harvested at the peak of their season. These include sakura leaf and sakura flower for spring, sencha tea and gyokuro tea for summer, sansho pepper for autumn and yuzu peel for winter. -

Ingredients
50ml Roku Japanese Craft Gin
100ml Tonic water
Ice cubes
Garnish
Fresh ginger, sliced into thin sticks
Method
1. Slice ginger into long equal slices
2. Fill glass to rim with ice and serve with 6 ginger slices
3. Pour tonic over ice and add stirrer
4. Pour Roku into a gin cup at room temperature
5. Pour into glass
6. Stir to balance the elements -
