Auchentoshan & Ale
Ingredients:
35ml Auchentoshan Three Wood Whisky, 25ml Lemon juice, 25ml Honey syrup, 90ml Pale Ale Lemon edge garnish, Bitters (optional)
Method:
Combine your measure of Auchentoshan American Oak whisky with the lemon juice and honey syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously then strain into a glass or a mug with ice. Top that up with a beer of your choice (you can tailor things to your own taste, but we recommend a quality pale ale) and then garnish with a lemon wedge. -
