Rumbullion is an incredible, award-winning spiced rum, exactingly blended using carefully selected Caribbean rum, Madagascan vanilla, orange peel, cinnamon, cloves and cardamom. It’s rich, complex and intensely decadent. It’s brilliant in the summer in all manner of cocktails, but it’s equally at home being sipped on a winter’s evening. Basically, it’s rather tasty and deserves to be drunk, whatever the weather.

50ml Rumbullion, 20ml Lime Juice, 10ml Sugar Syrup
Method
Shake all ingredients over ice and fine strain into a coupette glass. No garnish. -
