45ml Ciroc Apple
30ml Lime Juice
15ml Simple Syrup
Splash of Club Soda
8 Mint leaves
Garnish
Mint leaves
Method
1. Pour all ingredients bar club soda in a shaker.
2. Shake and strain over ice.
3. Add splash of Club Soda.
4. Garnish with Mint Sprig. -
