Black Tears is an emotional blend of Cuban rum and seductive Cuban spices. Based on a Silver Dry rum from one of the best distilleries on the island, the bittersweet taste is what sets apart Black Tears from all other spiced rums, as well as its low sugar content, which is typical for Cuban rum. It is spiced with coffee and cacao which have played a large hand in Cuba’s history and aji dulce which is one of the most distinctive flavours in Cuban cuisine. (ABV 40%) -

Blood, Smoke & Tears
50ml Black Tears Cuban Spiced, 25ml Port, 12.5ml Cinnamon Syrup, 12.5ml Lime Juice, 1 Egg White
Method
Chill the glass; Smoke with Rosemary Whilst making the drink. Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake for approx. 7 seconds. Add cubed ice to the shaker and short shake for approx. 4 seconds. Fine strain into the smoked glass. Garnish with a Rosemary Sprig. -
