BELVEDERE PINEAPPLE MINT SMASH
Ingredients
60ml Belvedere Vodka
2 bar spoons Coconut Sugar
1 dash Simple Syrup
Garnish
2 Lemon Wedges
2 Pineapple Chunks
8 Mint Leaves
Method
1. Muddle the fruit in the base of a shaker with the coconut sugar.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and shake with ice.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
4. Garnish with a wedge of pineapple and a mint sprig. -
