50ml of Jameson Irish Whiskey
Ginger Ale

Garnish
Large wedge of lime

Method
1. Fill a high ball glass with ice.
2. Pour in a shot of Jameson.
3. Top up the glass with a good quality ginger ale.
4. Stir briefly to mix.
5. Take a large wedge of lime, give it a squeeze and drop it into the glass.
