GENTLEMAN'S MANHATTAN
Ingredients
50ml Gentleman Jack
12.5ml Sweet vermouth
12.5ml Dry vermouth
2 Dashes bitters
Garnish
Dark Cherries
Method
1. Half fill a cocktail mixing glass with cubed ice
2. Add all ingredients and stir for 10 seconds
3. Strain the liquid into the glass
4. Add 2 dark cherries on a pick and rest on side of glass, to garnish -
