Ingredients
50ml The Glenlivet Founder's Reserve
15ml Lemon
5ml White Balsamic Vinegar
15ml simple syrup
Garnish
5 fresh raspberries
Method
1. Shake all ingredients with ice and strain over crushed ice in a highball glass.
2. Garnish with fresh raspberries and a grind of black pepper. -
