Ingredients
50ml Opihr Spiced Gin
12.5ml Raspberry syrup
12.5ml Lemon juice
25ml Egg white (or vegan foamer)
3 dashes black pepper tincture
Method
1. Dry shake.
2. Add ice and shake to chill.
3. Double strain into a coupe glass. -
