Product Description
The Duncan family, the makers of Ealing Gin, have lived in the west London borough for four generations.
The recipe of this super premium Gin mixes classic Juniper with sweet-sharp Peppercorn, zesty Orange, warm aromatic spices, Chamomile, garden Mint, scented rose and Rosemary. The latter four have been inspired by the traditionally English parks and gardens of Ealing.
The Ealing Distillery donates 20% of all profits to charitable causes that address social isolation and loneliness. (ABV 42%) -

THE BETTY COCKTAIL
Ingredients
50ml Ealing Gin
25ml Lemon Juice
2 tsp Rose Syrup
50ml Soda Water
Garnish
Lemon Slice
Rose petals
Method
1. Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with cubed ice and shake well.
2. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
3. Top up with Soda Water, stir and garnish. -
