Ingredients
45ml Absolut Vanila Vodka
25ml Passion Fruit Purèe
15ml Vanilla Syrup
1 Slice Pineapple
Garnish
1 Half Passion Fruit
Method
1. Muddle one slice of Pineapple in a shaker.
2. Add Absolut Vanilia, passion fruit pulp from half a Passion Fruit, Vanillia Syrup and Passion Fruit Purèe.
3. Shake and double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
4. Garnish with 1/2 floating Passion Fruit.
5. Serve with a shot of Champagne. -
